World Day of Prayer – Friday 7th March 2025

Published by Admin on

The World Day of Prayer is celebrated around the world on the first Friday of March every year.
There will be services at St Joseph’s, in Dyce and at Holy Family churches (see below for times)

Altogether there are 6 ecumenical services around Aberdeen. You are welcome at any of these services – please come along. There will be light refreshments after the service.

This year’s service has been written by the Christian ladies of the Cook Islands, in the southern Pacific Ocean – a very long way from Aberdeen! The chosen theme comes from Psalm 139: “I made you wonderful”. Wherever we are from, we have all been wonderfully made by God.
